This is perfect drinking claret at peak maturity. We've been tracking this for years now and it is at the apogee of its drinking window, offering highly enjoyable drinking pleasure at a price that, when compared to many Grand Cru Bordeaux, could be considered to be somewhat reasonable. Sweet St. Emilion red fruit flavours lead with plenty of earthy, leathery notes and gentle tannins mean this will go with any meal or even better enjoyed on its own.
