Les Chaumées is a consistent, very elegant, mineral-driven wine. Flint and smoke on the nose segue to a structured palate that showcases notes of vibrant citrus fruit and rounded edges that taper off into a focused, lingering finish. One of the best examples of Chassagne Montrachet we have found to date. Just stunning.
