Himmel Auf Erden Weiss, Christian Tschida, Burgenland
This wine will give you a revelation..
Himmel auf Erden means ‘Heaven on earth’, in homage to the Alfred Hrdlicka painting that appears on the label. Made from a blend of white grapes and aged for 8 months partly in oak and partly in stainless steel, this wine has buckets of lively acidity giving it real freshness and minerality to boot. One to surprise your friends with.
